1. Agreement to Terms
By using Orrum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Folio AI, Inc. provides Orrum, a pelvic-health wellness app and website with guided practice, progress records and educational content. Available features, controls and free or paid offerings depend on your installed app version, supported Apple devices and the services offered at the time. Website descriptions of planned improvements do not mean those features have already shipped.
3. Not Medical Advice
Orrum is a wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Educational content and AI responses are not a substitute for individual clinical care. AI can make mistakes; activity records and scores do not measure pelvic-floor strength or establish medical clearance. Follow your healthcare provider's advice and stop practice that causes pain or concerning symptoms.
4. Account Responsibilities
Provide accurate information and maintain account security when using account-enabled features. You must be at least 13; if you are under 18, you need parental permission. Connected services may have additional eligibility requirements. Do not share your account credentials or use another person's purchase proof to obtain paid service access.
5. User Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of your workout and wellness records and the information you submit. We process information to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. You control any record or backup file that you choose to export and share.
6. Acceptable Use
Use Orrum only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, share your account, falsify purchase verification, or bypass AI usage or spending limits.
7. Privacy & Data Security
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect information, including optional HealthKit and iCloud features, AI requests, account and purchase records, and website analytics.
8. Payments & AI Allowances
Paid features are charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. The price, subscription period, renewal details and included offering are shown before purchase. Subscription cancellation and refunds are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's policies. We may modify pricing with notice.
AI coaching and AI plan generation, when offered, have defined question or plan allowances and may also have daily, rate and spending caps. Membership does not include unlimited AI use. Trial and paid allowances may differ; review the current in-app offer and usage display. A request can use an allowance when server processing starts, including when the provider cannot complete a response or a generated plan fails validation. Availability also depends on the connected service. Clearing records or reinstalling the app does not renew a server-side allowance.
Restoring a purchase verifies eligible access with Apple; a locally cached membership indicator does not itself authorize paid AI requests. Deleting app data or an account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
9. Termination
We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting us and use any available in-app deletion controls. Clearing local wellness records is separate from deleting an account, removing copies on other devices or canceling a subscription.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
